recently in my many moments of idleness I was discussing with a friend from high school on xoy possible legalization of drugs, their main argument was that the legalization of soft drugs would be an important tool to remove some power to the vast mafia that exists in our country and is backed by the drug, and I remembered the comments of Olallo Rubio in his film "And you, how much?" that even if drugs were legalized find a way to survive, also remembered the entire segment of the film but are just thoughts and ramblings of Olallo, has very good message, and even though it may be that the drug exists, at least some of the addiction problem in Mexico is fixed, and in order accounts depend on them drug traffickers, in an interview with the Doctor and Scientist Stephen A. Bezruchka contained in the DVD of the film is talking about it.

, where they can review the articles 237, 245 fractions I, II and III and 248 which are those fixed by the substances prohibited. But what I found quite prohibitive, is that in the article 247 reads as follows ...

, is subject a. .. " To which leaves no possibility, because as he says, any act in relation to these substances is a crime, to I wonder, so far as this law, offenders could be to promote the responsible use of cannabis?
