London's Tate Modern presents "Nude, green leaves and bust ', the most expensive painting in history not seen in public since 1961

"This is an outstanding painting by Picasso and I am delighted that, thanks to the generosity of the lender, we can expose to the British public," stated the director of the Tate, Nicholas Serota, the British media reports Efe from London.
Before being sold in May 2010, the work was for nearly ten decades in the private collection of Sidney and Frances Brody, Los Angeles (USA). Obtained the painting in 1951 of Paul Rosenberg Library, which bought the painting in 1936 to Picasso. Had been exposed only once, in 1961, to commemorate the 80th birthday of the artist.
